CLASS REGISTRATION: A deposit equal to 50% of the class fee is required to have your name added to the class roster. We can not hold a place for you in a class without this deposit.
CANCELLATION POLICY: A deposit of 50% of the class fee is required to have your name added to the class list. This deposit is refundable if you withdraw 16 weeks prior to class for visiting teachers and 6 weeks prior to class for In Stitches teachers. Payment in full is required 12 weeks prior to class for visiting teachers, and 4 weeks prior to class for In Stitches teachers. If you withdraw after this date we will make every effort to fill your spot. If we are successful, you will receive a full refund less any expenses incurred on your behalf. If we are not successful, your payment is forfeited and you will receive all class materials included in the fee. You are responsible for payment of all expenses incurred on your behalf (Stitch Guides, Thread Kits, Canvas etc). In Stitches reserves the right to cancel a class if the minimum number of participants is not met or due to circumstances beyond our control. In this event a full refund will be given.
