Registration: Beginning January 2, 2018 a deposit is required to reserve your place in class. We will no longer hold a spot in a class for anyone without this deposit. Once the deposit is received, you will receive an email to confirm your registration. This email will contain important information including class times, supplies to bring, the cancellation deadline and final payment due date for your class.
Cancellation policy: If you cancel before the deadline stated in your confirmation email your deposit is refundable via store credit. If you cancel after the deadline we will refer to our wait list and make every effort to fill your spot. If we are successful, you will receive a store credit for the deposit less any fees incurred on your behalf. If we are not successful (or if the class is not at capacity- therefore no wait list) your payment is forfeited and you will receive all class materials. You remain responsible for payment of all expenses incurred on your behalf including Stitch Guides, Thread Kits and Canvas. In Stitches reserves the right to cancel a class if the minimum number of participants is not met or due to circumstances beyond our control. In this event a full refund will be given in the form of the original payment.
