Accessories and unopened current dye lot threads in original condition may be exchanged or returned for store credit provided they are accompanied with original receipt within 30 days of purchase. Canvases, Books, DVD's, Stitch Guides and Sale Items are final sales. No refunds or exchanges are possible.
Our goal is to get your items to you as quickly as possible. All in-stock items will ship within 48 hours of your order (excluding holidays and weekends). If a product is out of stock we will inform you via email to let you know when it is expected. We make every effort to keep shipping prices low by selecting the most economical option. To add your name to the class roster we require a deposit of 50% of the total class fee. We are not able to add your name until this is paid.

Canvases not purchased from In Stitches within the past year are subject to a $75 surcharge.
We are happy to issue a full refund of your deposit and class fee provided:
1. The cancellation request is received before the stated deadline
2. The class is full and we are able to fill your spot in the class
If the class is not full and we are unable to fill your spot you are responsible for all fees and materials. We are happy to schedule a complimentary 30 minute session to review materials and demonstrate techniques.
